Dr. Lauren is a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry that specializes in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. After graduating from college
summa cum laude and with the highest GPA in the science department, she was awarded one of only two positions for early acceptance into the School of Dental Medicine. She completed her doctorate of dental medicine at
Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, where she again earned summa cum laude status – the only doctor in her class to earn that honor.
After finishing her orthodontics schooling, Dr. Lauren went on to treat help patients of all ages achieve the smile of their dreams. In addition to being committed to always offering the latest state-of-the-art techniques and technologies, she understands the way that patients want to be treated. She, along with the entire team, work hard to ensure that every patient is as comfortable as possible. When you are (or your child is) in the exam chair, you are our number one priority!
Now, Dr. Lauren not only treats patients, but teaches the next generation of orthodontists as a professor at her alma mater! She joined to program at Southern Illinois University of Dental Medicine to help form an orthodontic residency for the dental school. She feels that devoting her time to the school and mentoring is extremely important. In fact, it’s not uncommon to see students shadowing her in the office!
Local Commitment
Not only does Dr. Lauren treat the residents of O’Fallon, she also calls them her neighbors. As a resident of O’Fallon, she is an involved member of the community. She and her husband have two children and are active members of their church and community events. She loves attending the sporting events and extracurricular events that her children participate in. In fact, you just might see her at one of your own children’s events!
When she is not working or hanging out with her family, Dr. Lauren enjoys being in the outdoors, reading, running, crafting, and country music. Her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals and the Blues. Improving the smiles of the community is an honor that Dr. Lauren doesn’t take for granted.
